Downtown Watkinsville is home to several long-standing annual events, including Downtown Trick or Treating, the Christmas Parade and Tree Lighting, and the Fall Festival, which is hosted by the Chamber of Commerce on Historic Rocket Field.  Throughout the year, numerous other events take place in downtown.
