Along Main Street, there are 6 parallel parking spaces that are free to park in. Please use caution when getting in and out of your vehicle, parking, or pulling out of these spaces.
third street
There's a bank of 3 angled parking spaces along Third Street next to Eagle Tavern.
school street south
School Street offers 6 parallel spots along the south part of the street (same side as the Courthouse), next to Sunshine Village.
school street north
There's a convenient group of parallel spots on the North side of the street, between Main Street Barber and Rizzo's Hair Studio.
first christian church
The parking lot at First Christian Church is available to the public anytime except Sunday mornings and when closed for a church function. There are 16 parking spaces plus an additional 2 handicapped spaces at 4 North Main Street.
water street lot and comfort station
9 Water Street, just one block from Main Street, contains public restrooms as well as 17 parking spaces, 2 handicapped spaces, and 2 Electric Vehicle parking spaces
rocket field
Just two short blocks from Main Street, Rocket Field has several places for you to park. On the School Street Side near the Petanque Courts, there are 33 spaces plus 2 Handicapped spaces. There are also 18 spaces on Second Street. Located at 200 Second Street, Watkinsville.
courthouse
Centrally located at 23 Main Street, the Courthouse has a small lot in front with 11 spaces and 2 handicap spots. There is also a large parking lot behind the building. Access to the back lot is behind the Court House from Water Street, School Street, or Court Street. This lot contains 148 spaces plus 2 handicapped spaces.
